Job Summary
Spanish Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year (TAHS) responsible for delivering Spanish language instruction, applying thorough knowledge of teaching methodologies and school division procedures, establishing and maintaining behavior standards, and preparing articulate oral presentations and written reports. The role requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, administration, and parents, along with engaging in curriculum development, student assessment, and collaboration with the school community. 10-month contract (200 days). A graduate from an accredited college or university with eligibility to obtain the appropriate Virginia teaching license/endorsement is required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- Possess or be eligible to acquire appropriate license(s) and/or endorsement(s) for position as required by the Commonwealth of Virginia and School Board
