Job Summary
Report to the Front Desk upon arrival, maintain established classroom routines, and implement lesson plans left by the regular classroom teacher. Monitor student behavior during transitions and activities, take daily attendance, and communicate with teachers or administration regarding student progress. Ensure the classroom is clean and organized at the end of the day while following all school policies. This on-call, as-needed position requires a Bachelor's degree and valid Colorado Department of Education licensure. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university
- A valid Colorado Department of Education Substitute Authorization or Teacher License
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to follow lesson plans effectively
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and student needs
