Job Summary
Conduct one-hour social visits with elderly residents in residential care, offering conversation in Spanish to reduce isolation and improve quality of life. Share a cuppa or take gentle walks around the grounds when weather permits to provide comfort and connection. Schedule visits weekly or fortnightly between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Sunday, for residents who would truly appreciate being heard in their own language.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking
- 18 years or older
- National Volunteer Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
