Job Summary
Conduct full round-the-clock childcare for 3-year-old twin boys, including driving as needed and supervising pool safety with strong swimming ability. Manage children's belongings and routines during the initial transition to the Carlton Woods neighborhood in The Woodlands, TX, while maintaining the family's specific systems and structure. Operate on a 14 days on, 14 days off rotation with full international travel coverage, including short-notice trips to the family's country of origin. Hold a valid passport, complete required vaccinations, and commit to a one-year term. This bilingual team role offers a salary range of $120,000 to $200,000 gross annually for highly organized, patient professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Valid passport
- Fully vaccinated, including COVID-19 and flu
- Direct, hands-on experience with UHNW or high-profile private families
- BA/BS college degree
- AA in related field of study
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional nanny experience
- Up to date first-aid & CPR certification
- Willingness to renew certification as needed
- Ability to make a one-year commitment
- 5+ years of childcare experience in any field
- Excellent work and personal references
- U.S. driver's license
- Must be a competent swimmer
- Non-smoker
- Must be live-scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to complete Stop the Silence training upon membership
- Willingness to sign no-cell phone driving signed guarantee
