Job Summary
Spanish-speaking Home Health RN in the New Bedford/Fall River, MA area providing direct in-home nursing and case management. Responsibilities include admissions, developing care plans, taking medical histories and exams, delivering skilled nursing care aligned with HIPAA, evaluating nursing services, coordinating total patient care, determining staffing needs (LPNs, HHAs, PCAs), obtaining orders for paramedical services, supervising clinical staff as needed, and timely documentation. Qualifications include RN licensure, Spanish proficiency, required driver’s license and auto insurance, and ability to attend Taunton orientation; preferred OASIS/WellSky experience, and med-surg/wound care background. Per-visit pay model starts at $38/visit with full-time/part-time/per diem scheduling, mileage reimbursement, PTO, referral bonuses, and benefits after a qualifying period.
Required Qualifications

- TB test within 12 months & CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license & proof of automobile insurance
- Physical exam within 12 months prior to first patient contact
- Ability to attend orientation at Taunton office
