Job Summary
Deliver quality physical therapy to homebound patients of all ages in Venice and surrounding areas. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment while determining the plan of care. Utilize the Cliniconnects app to accept or decline referrals and complete intuitive documentation during visits. Speak Spanish fluently and maintain a current, unrestricted California Physical Therapy license. As an independent contractor, you control your own schedule and earn per-visit based on the number of patients treated. Reliable transportation and a smartphone are required. Join a network connecting clinicians with over 900 home health agencies across California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Nevada, Idaho, and Hawaii to improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy
- The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone
