Job Summary
Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision to provide one-on-one sessions for children with autism, teaching social, communication, and behavioral skills while collecting data and tracking progress. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to review treatment plans and communicate updates to parents regarding goals and strategies. Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and participate in ongoing professional development. Availability includes flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
