Job Summary
Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by providing one-on-one sessions to children with autism. Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills while conducting assessments, collecting data, and tracking progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes. Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress, modify treatment plans, and communicate updates to parents regarding goals and strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and participate in ongoing professional development. Requires flexibility for evenings and weekends; high school diploma preferred with ABA experience.
