Job Summary
Set up mobile clinics in corporate environments and perform accurate venipuncture and specimen collections for employee wellness screenings. Review health histories, update electronic records, and assist patients with referral scheduling and follow-up appointments. Provide education on next steps, coordinate with insurance providers, and maintain professional relationships with service providers. Complete documentation, data tracking, and basic spreadsheet reporting using a personal laptop or tablet. Work independently in a temporary on-site screening environment with little to no supervision. Must be bilingual in Spanish, hold an active clinical license, and have phlebotomy experience. Commute to Richmond, VA 23224 for the September 8 and 9 shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish Speaking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Active and unrestricted clinical license or certification
- Active BLS/ ACLS certification
- Phlebotomy experience
- Must be bilingual fluent in Spanish
- Must bring a personal laptop or tablet to each shift
- Must be able to reliably commute to Richmond, VA 23224
Desired Qualifications
- Phlebotomy certification
- Proven experience with medical scheduling
- Familiarity with EMR system
- Customer service-oriented and has great bedside manner
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently or with little to no supervision
