Job Summary
Assist callers impacted by severe flooding, providing empathetic and effective support while responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Document all interactions thoroughly, maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed. Provide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and offer feedback to improve service processes. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance quality. This role requires working on a U.S. Federal Contract with strict compliance to federal guidelines and protocols. Candidates must pass a Level 2 fingerprint background check. The position operates within a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST window with flexibility to work assigned shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Level 2 fingerprint background check
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts
- Attendance for the full duration of the training is mandatory
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively

- Previous customer service experience
