Job Summary
The Business Operations Coordinator will execute day-to-day support across functions at Amgen’s ACCP in Lisbon, including contract management, PO lifecycle management, HCP contracting and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes, and corporate administration with intercompany agreement management. The role requires presenting and data compilation skills, the ability to follow established processes, collaborate within a large team, and drive project delivery. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of administrative support experience covering large teams, professional fluency in English and Spanish, and a university degree (business or science-based). Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and proficiency with MS Office are preferred. The position offers flexible work arrangements and opportunities for growth within a global organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role supporting large teams at different levels
- Fluency (professional level) in English and Spanish, both in written and verbal communication
- University Degree, preferably in business or a science-based subject
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient using MS Office tools
- Demonstrates personal credibility and flexibility
- Demonstrates a service-minded attitude
- Clearly explains processes and procedures
