Job Summary
Behavior Technician role providing one-on-one support to children with autism under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA techniques, and collaborating with a team. Must be patient, compassionate, and able to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds. Requires Spanish fluency, HS diploma/ GED, ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test, background check, and later obtaining a Registered Behavior Technician Certification. Training provided; opportunities for structured career growth.
Required Qualifications
