Job Summary
Behavior Technician role providing one-on-one autism supports under a BCBA, using evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Requires Spanish-speaking ability, patience, teamwork, and willingness to participate in comprehensive training. Responsibilities include assisting children with structured intervention plans, physical tasks like standing/walking/bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
