Job Summary
Spanish-speaking Behavior Technician role providing one-on-one behavioral intervention under a BCBA, implementing evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Training provided; requires patience, teamwork, and the ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be bilingual in Spanish, 18+, with a high school diploma/GED and able to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test, plus pass a pre-employment background check. Located in Tolleson, AZ; in-person position with a dedicated team helping children with autism.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
