Job Summary
Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance. Work one-on-one with children with autism, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Requires patient, compassionate teamwork and willingness to participate in comprehensive training. Role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds; CPR/First Aid certification and TB test may be required; 18+ and fluent in Spanish. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent in Spanish
- 18+ years of age
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
- Ability to pass a pre employment background check
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
