Job Summary
Behavior Technician role providing one-on-one interventions for children with autism under BCBA guidance. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Requires physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to participate in hands-on activities with children. Must be patient, compassionate, able to work well in a team, and able to complete CPR/First Aid and TB tests, plus a pre-employment background check. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Comprehensive training provided to new hires. Location: Wilsonville, Oregon. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
- TB test (if not already conducted within last year)
- Background check
