Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions, serving as an integral member of the clinical team for skill building and care plan implementation. Record session data accurately, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations, requiring a reliable method of transportation. All positions start part-time with a minimum six-month commitment, and candidates must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided for those passionate about helping children with Autism thrive.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Healthcare support experience (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
