Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building plans and recording session data accurately. Foster a positive learning environment while collaborating with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Deliver services in clients' homes or community-based locations with a minimum six-month commitment. Full training is provided with no prior experience required, making this ideal for entry-level candidates seeking part-time or afternoon/evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn

- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable method of transportation
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
