Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. Implement ABA techniques, follow individualized treatment plans, teach social/communication/behavioral skills, build a positive therapeutic relationship, collect data and track progress, collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team, communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and strategies, maintain detailed session notes and data, and participate in ongoing training. Flexible hours including evenings/weekends; ideal candidate demonstrates patience, strong communication, organization, and ability to adapt to each client’s needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred, but not required.
