Job Summary
Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email by handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction while collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service. This role requires C2-level Spanish and good English for internal communication. Candidates must hold EU citizenship or a valid work/residency permit for Greece and be based there or willing to relocate.
