Job Summary
Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across Queens, using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease those impeding learning or safety. Collect and submit data on an electronic system while maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration. Follow patients' treatment plans to support progress under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor. Earn a $250 sign-on bonus and receive ongoing training with opportunities to lead RBTs or transition to full-time roles.
