Job Summary
Act as the main point of contact and advisor for sales teams, supporting them in developing, managing, and progressing pipelines to ensure strong deal closure rates. Close enterprise-level deals for Document Cloud and Creative Cloud within assigned regions, independently managing outbound campaigns, cold calling, and inbound inquiries to hit targets. Deliver high-quality customer support by responding to questions and concerns professionally. This role requires 2–4 years of experience in sales or customer support, including B2B sales, with proven cold calling and English proficiency at B2 level. Start April 22 in Athens, Greece, with a first-year salary of €1,560 plus unlimited performance-based bonuses. We offer relocation support, health insurance, and free Greek language classes for this permanent contract position.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking
- Previous experience in sales, particularly via phone and email
- Proven ability to perform cold calling
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to excellent support
- 2–4 years of experience in customer support or sales, including at least 6 months in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a history of achieving sales goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- English proficiency at B2 level
- Good technical understanding and ability to learn product applications
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 9:00 and 19:00 (shift options include 9–17, 10–18, or 11–19)
