Job Summary
Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies, helping them select appropriate plans and enroll in coverage. Engage with clients to understand requirements, respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, and claims, and resolve policy concerns. Ensure all advice complies with regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and promote products to meet sales targets while participating in ongoing training. Maintain licensure and stay current on market trends to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer retention.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking
- Licensed Health Insurance Agent
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License
- A wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Two 21" monitors
- A hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Willing to submit to drug screening
- You must provide your own headset
