Job Summary
Provide information on healthcare options and insurance policies to Spanish-speaking clients while assisting with inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, and claims. Help customers select appropriate health plans and enroll in policies, ensuring all advice complies with regulations and company standards. Maintain accurate customer documentation and resolve policy concerns through clear communication in Spanish. Promote insurance products to meet sales targets while participating in ongoing training to maintain licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking
- Licensed Health Insurance Agent
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License
- Wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Two 21" monitors
- Hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
- Wired Ethernet connection (implied by exclusion of wireless)
- Own headset
- Authorization to work in the country where the job is based
- Willingness to submit to LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Willingness to submit to drug screening
