Job Summary
Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies, helping them select appropriate plans and enroll in coverage. Engage with clients to understand requirements, respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, and claims, and resolve concerns about policy issues. Ensure all advice complies with insurance regulations while maintaining accurate customer documentation and staying current on regulatory changes. Promote products to meet sales targets and work closely with team members for cohesive service delivery. Maintain licensure through ongoing training and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking
- Licensed Health Insurance Agent
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License
- Wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Two 21" monitors
- Hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
- Must provide own headset
- Authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Willing to submit to drug screening
