Job Summary
Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies, helping them select appropriate plans and enroll in coverage. Engage with clients to understand requirements, respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, and claims, and resolve concerns about existing policies. Ensure all advice complies with insurance regulations and company policies while maintaining accurate customer documentation. Promote products to meet sales targets and participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure. Maintain a wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds and provide your own headset.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking
- Licensed Health Insurance Agent
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License
- Wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Two 21" monitors
- Hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
- Must provide own headset
- Authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Willing to submit to LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Willing to submit to drug screening

Additional Requirements
- A wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds is required (wireless connections are not allowed).
- Two 21" monitors are needed. A hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic is required.
- Wireless connections, including encrypted ones, are not allowed for accessing the client's Work at Home systems.
- You must provide your own headset.
