Job Summary
Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies, helping them select appropriate plans and enroll in coverage. Engage with clients to understand requirements, respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, and claims, and resolve concerns about existing policies. Ensure all advice complies with insurance regulations and company policies while maintaining accurate customer documentation. Promote products to meet sales targets and participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and improve skills. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test. Requires a valid Healthcare Insurance License, Spanish fluency, and a wired Ethernet connection with two 21-inch monitors.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking
- Licensed Health Insurance Agent
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License
- Wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Two 21" monitors
- Hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
- Wired connection (no wireless) for accessing Work at Home systems
- Own headset
- Authorization to work in the country where the job is based
- Willingness to submit to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Willingness to submit to drug screening
