Spanish I Teacher

Teach two sections of Spanish I daily during first and second periods, adjusting schedules back one hour on Wednesdays. Develop and update curriculum scope and sequences, lesson plans, and comprehensive syllabi while integrating faith and scriptures into classroom activities. Manage class activities, apply tested teaching techniques, and maintain appropriate discipline procedures. Cultivate positive communication with students and parents, monitor student behaviors on campus, and seek written feedback periodically. Demonstrate strong personal faith, participate in local congregations, and maintain regular devotional life. Collaborate with colleagues, attend faculty meetings, and commit to ongoing professional development. This 33% exempt teaching position runs from November 30 to June 4 without employment benefits or duty assignments.
