Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership by taking initiative on personal goals, store operations tasks like pricing and promotional sets, and asset protection procedures. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, requiring the ability to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs. This role is part of Belk's team focused on showcasing emerging fashion trends and adapting quickly to new business approaches.
