Job Summary
Spanish Customer Service Representative for REVOLVE handling inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails in a high-volume, remote-capable support role. Responsibilities include researching and resolving customer questions, maintaining customer satisfaction, following up across departments, and ensuring timely problem resolution. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to work in a team, communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and work overtime as needed. Required equipment provided; shift options include early PST hours and remote work in a dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
