Job Summary
Process alarm signals quickly and accurately while managing stressful situations, then dispatch the proper authorities to subscribers' locations and verify that help is on the way. Assist alarm company partners with system tests to ensure alarms function properly, and accurately document all responses in the computer system. Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks while engaging in ongoing training to foster professional growth. This role supports Becklar's mission to protect over 2.2 million subscribers daily through our SMART Critical Event Protection Platform, combining advanced AI technology with skilled operators for rapid monitoring and response.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent Spanish speaking and writing
- Availability to work Day/Early morning shifts
- Willingness to work 1 weekend day each week or every other weekend
- Willingness to work holidays
- Ability to make a 6 month commitment to work here
- Ability to pass a 2 week fully-paid training class
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
