Job Summary
Perform end-to-end payroll processing and related activities in a bilingual Spanish payroll environment. Independently process payroll according to defined standards and client requirements, monitor ticket queues, utilize the hrX suite for payroll-related tasks, interpret payslips and payroll calendars, identify deviations and support change requests, produce and validate standard and client-specific payroll reports (including statutory year-end), manage sensitive information, support SOC1 controls, coordinate system maintenance testing and RCA processes, coordinate with third parties, and contribute to knowledge transfer and ongoing training. The role involves staying current with payroll legislation and updates, supporting project work, and contributing to a globally distributed team.
