Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries for Spanish-speaking clients and resolve complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction. Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system and collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and achieve performance targets. This role requires native-level Spanish fluency, B2 English proficiency, and the willingness to relocate to Greece. The position includes a fully paid relocation package, competitive monthly salary, performance bonuses, private health insurance, and two extra salaries per year.
