Job Summary
Spanish Community Ambassador and Legal Liaison responsible for conducting Spanish-language intake, advocating for clients, translating complex legal information, and representing the firm at local events. You will explain legal milestones, assist with medical documentation, ensure clear communication during meetings and depositions, and help ensure Spanish-speaking clients feel respected and informed from first contact through case resolution. The role includes culturally resonant marketing input, community outreach in Spanish-speaking neighborhoods, and follow-up with potential clients to address questions and concerns about the legal process.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Mastery: Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English is non-negotiable
- You must be able to speak, read, and write professionally in both languages
- High Emotional Intelligence: calm, compassionate, and professional under pressure
- Communication Skills: strong telephonic and in-person communication
- Cultural Competency: understanding of diverse Latino cultures in Greater Boston area
