Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates; coaching for an exceptional customer experience; meeting monthly personal and team KPIs; ensuring store operations align with Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines; executing promotional rollouts and inventory procedures timely and accurately; and modeling professional conduct. Must have 2+ years in a similar retail leadership role, travel to multiple locations as needed, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.
