Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer Your Wireless is hiring a Spanish bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience by educating customers on Verizon products and services and guiding them through the sales process. Responsibilities include creating a positive customer experience, assisting with sales to meet and exceed production standards, handling customer situations, supporting store management, completing required training, and pursuing growth opportunities within the company. Requires 1+ year retail experience, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, bilingual English/Spanish, ability to travel to multiple locations, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 18+ and eligible to work in the US. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
