Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls in Spanish and English to identify customer needs, recommend products, and build lasting relationships. Upsell and cross-sell offerings based on customer profiles while maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and industry trends. Complete a full application including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test to be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based systems
- Experience working with diverse customer bases
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
