Job Summary
Conduct customer service operations as a Spanish bilingual representative with at least one year of BPO experience in outbound or inbound English-speaking roles. Maintain A2 or B1 Spanish proficiency with a valid certificate from an accredited school or learning institution. Work onsite at Chino Roces Ave, Makati City, adhering to a shifting schedule with no fixed weekends off. Begin duties on March 16, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Senior Highschool Graduate (new curriculum) or Highschool Graduate (old curriculum)
- A2 or B1 Spanish Proficiency with an online or soft copy of certificate from the school or learning institution
- At least 1 year of BPO experience as an outbound or inbound English-speaking CSR
- Amenable to the work schedule, setup and location
- Can start on March 16, 2026
