Job Summary
Spanish bilingual Account Manager focused on Outside Sales & Business Development to drive growth across Mexico and Central America. Responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, pipeline development, and closing deals with Spanish-speaking clients. Regular domestic and international travel is required (approximately 25% and up to 50%). Establish and maintain strong B2B customer relationships through regular communication and onsite visits; conduct market research, lead generation, and proactive outreach; present product solutions, negotiate pricing and terms, and collaborate with internal groups (Accounting, Logistics, R&D, QA/QC) to support customer needs. Maintain CRM records, participate in industry events, and pursue sales targets while supporting long-term retention. Requirements include fluency in Spanish and English, proven outside B2B sales experience, willingness to travel internationally, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
