Spalding University seeks an innovative, results-driven leader to serve as Dean of the College of Business, Education, and Professional Studies. The Dean will act as chief academic and administrative officer, guiding strategic direction, financial stewardship, workforce alignment, and innovation; building employer networks for internships and partnerships; enhancing career readiness and student outcomes across programs; leading accreditation processes, budgets, fundraising, and faculty development; and representing the College externally. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership for programs in Business, Education, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling; curriculum relevance and teaching quality; accreditation and program review; fostering faculty scholarship; partnering with employers, districts, and communities; supporting enrollment growth and retention; and advancing outcomes through industry engagement and program development. Preferred qualifications include a terminal degree in Business or related field and proven success in cultivating industry partnerships and innovative program development.
