Spain HR Director

HR Director role in Spain focused on strengthening employee purpose, activating and optimizing HR services, and coaching managers across the employee lifecycle. Lead local delivery of JLL’s global HR strategy, align policies with global/ regional practices, and partner with regional HR to drive talent management (goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning) while fostering inclusion and a sense of belonging. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Group HR team, enabling a positive employee experience, leading HR operations for hiring, onboarding, performance management, promotions, and end-to-end HR processes; advising business stakeholders; managing employee relations; driving data-informed decisions; and leading ad hoc projects to improve organizational effectiveness. The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management, data-driven storytelling, and the ability to balance client needs with JLL’s HR priorities; location is on-site in Madrid, ESP.
