Job Summary
Plan and implement planograms according to the annual review schedule; develop general and departmental presentation standards and concept books; provide merchandising input for signage and required equipment; draw up the annual review schedule with Buying; maintain shelf-layout information to support commercial decisions; act as a point of contact for the buyer, department manager, and company manager regarding the review schedule and planograms. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent and 2-3 years of retail experience; strong MS Excel skills, relationship management, reliability, market knowledge, problem solving, analytical abilities, and teamwork.
