Job Summary
Design and verification of spacecraft electronics, including PCB design (Altium) and power/monitoring circuits; component selection, circuit simulation, and architecture definition; FPGA-based high-speed DSP designs (Zynq MPSoC/RFSoC or similar); signal and power integrity analysis; schematic capture and PCB layout; design-for-manufacturing (DFM) with emphasis on IPC/ECSS compliance; board bring-up, debugging, and validation; collaboration with software and mechanical teams across development stages from proof-of-concept to new product introduction; experience with digital interfaces (I2C, SPI, CAN, UART, USB, RS485, RS422, SpaceWire, PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet); lab testing with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, VNAs, and related test equipment; preferred IPC/ECSS standards, high-power electronics and thermal management, and Verilog/VHDL embedded DSP programming.
