Job Summary
Space Vehicle Controller/Analyst (Associate) to monitor and control space vehicle ground system, telemetry, and the execution/verification of products loaded to the space vehicle. Responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of the ground system and command path, developing operational plans, analyzing data, coordinating with management and peers, maintaining detailed event logging and system configuration, and supporting testing/integration. Candidates should be able to operate on MS-Windows or UNIX, pursue necessary certifications, and may be assigned rotating shifts. Relocation is offered based on eligibility; Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph pre-start is required. A background in MATLAB or Perl and prior space-vehicle experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship or equivalently authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain US Security Clearance (Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Pre-Start)
- 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with coding/scripting (MATLAB, Perl)
- Prior experience working with space vehicles
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Certification programs completed post-start (on-the-job training)
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance (Top Secret/Sci+Polygraph)
