Job Summary
Lead project roles spanning new business acquisition, IRAD/technology development, and established programs. Develop, manage, and decompose requirements while driving system architecture, CONOPs, or model-based system engineering. Manage subsystem, payload, or system integration efforts using tools like DOORS and Cameo. This role requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in STEM with 9 to 14+ years of engineering experience and Top Secret or DOE Q clearance. Candidates must demonstrate strong people and technical leadership skills with excellent communication abilities. Salary ranges from $173,300 to $259,900 USD, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives for VP or Director positions. Flexible schedules, including a 9/80 option, are available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 14+ years of engineering experience
- Master's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 12+ years of engineering experience
- PhD Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 9+ years of engineering experience
- Dept of Defense Top Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years
- Dept of Energy Q clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years
- U.S. Citizenship
