Job Summary
Lead end-to-end space-structures programs from concept through production in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Own program scope, schedule, budget, risk, and profitability while managing customer relationships and cross-functional execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain. Develop proposals and statements of work, oversee contracts and cost estimates, monitor performance, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal delivery. Requires collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams, strong leadership, and ability to drive program success in aerospace/space structure programs. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) and 6–10+ years of program management experience; ITAR/U.S. Person requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6–10+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading programs involving engineering, production, and customer delivery
- Strong budget, schedule, and performance metrics management
- Experience working directly with customers and managing expectations
- Proficiency in cross-functional coordination and leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- U.S. Person status due to ITAR requirements
