Job Summary
Space Planning Manager responsible for designing and implementing planograms to maximize sales, margin, and space productivity; defining space allocation by category and store cluster; leading a team of Planogrammers and field follow-up; ensuring planogram compliance through store visits and audits; training store and field teams; analyzing SKU performance to support listing/delisting decisions; driving SKU rationalization for assortment efficiency; monitoring competitor activities and providing actionable insights; supporting new product integrations, seasonal layouts, and promotional changes; collaborating with Category, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure alignment and availability; tracking performance and optimizing layouts based on data and store feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4 to 6 years’ experience in space planning, merchandising, or category management (FMCG retail)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and planogram tools
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive execution across multiple stores
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
