Job Summary
Conduct space audits and facility assessments to verify occupancy, utilization, and personnel bed-downs accuracy across assigned government facilities. Perform field measurements, validate existing conditions, and develop modified space layouts using AutoCAD and Revit. Coordinate projects with engineers, designers, and stakeholders while generating utilization reports from the ARCHIBUS database. Resolve spatial orientation challenges, maintain accurate space inventories, and prepare strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Facilitate workshops, manage multiple priorities, and travel domestically and internationally as required.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Engineering, Planning, or a related field and 6+ years of experience or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience using ARCHIBUS Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for space planning and facility layout development
- Experience conducting facility space audits, occupancy assessments, and utilization studies
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and construction drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe products
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including periodic overseas travel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or other federal government facilities
- Knowledge of facility management, workplace strategy, and strategic space planning principles
- Experience supporting large-scale occupancy planning or relocation initiatives
- Familiarity with facility utilization metrics, occupancy analytics, and reporting methodologies
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams in secure or mission-critical environments
