Job Summary
Optimize client property portfolios through strategic space planning and professional placement management. Coordinate local teams, corporate real estate departments, and internal JLL functions while leveraging data-driven analysis to deliver measurable value. Manage weekly and monthly space utilization reports, validate location audit processes, and oversee the PLANON CAFM system for accurate assignments. Develop space plans, block diagrams, and feasibility studies using AutoCAD, then create innovative placement strategies with detailed relocation sequences. Present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders to build relationships and ensure successful project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Corporate Real Estate, Finanzwesen, Architektur, Design oder vergleichbar
- 7-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der strategischen Flächen- oder Belegungsplanung im Corporate-Umfeld
- Praktische Erfahrung mit CAFM/IWMS-Plattformen (PLANON) und AutoCAD sowie Erfahrungen mit BI-Tools wie Tableau
- Vertiefte PLANON IWMS-Kenntnisse
- Exzellente Excel-Kenntnisse (Pivot-Tabellen, SVERWEIS, komplexe Formeln)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Detailgenauigkeit und exzellente Kommunikationsstärke
- Proaktive, innovative Arbeitsweise mit hoher Anpassungsfähigkeit
- Strategisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägtes Geschäftsverständnis
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die internationale Zusammenarbeit
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Teams über verschiedene Zeitzonen hinweg
