Job Summary
Welcome members and visitors while acting as the go-to person for in-person, phone, and email enquiries. Build genuine relationships with members, deliver consistent onboarding experiences, and host weekly socials and monthly breakfasts. Manage day-to-day coworking space operations alongside the Regional Manager, including running space tours, converting leads into memberships, and maintaining high presentation standards. Assist with new site setup by arranging furniture, signage, and kitchen supplies, then coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of furnishings with Regional Manager approval.
